Description

This oven-baked sockeye salmon is a delicious and healthy option, enhanced with a flavorful seasoning mix.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb Skin-on Sockeye salmon, whole fillet or cut into 34 individual portions
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ¼ Tsp Dried Thyme
  • ¼ Tsp Oregano
  • ¼ Tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¾ Tsp Pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place sliced lemons on a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking dish. Lay the salmon flesh side up on the parchment paper, on top of the sliced lemons.
  2. Mix the seasonings with the olive oil in a small bowl and pour over the salmon.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes uncovered until the fish is cooked through to your liking or at 145 degrees.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve!
