- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, and broccoli florets.
- Add cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden cheese topping.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
