Description

A delicious cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole that is easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, and broccoli florets.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden cheese topping.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
