Description
This creamy green chili dip is perfect for serving with tacos or tortilla chips.

- 1 can green chilis
- ¾ cup jarred jalapenos
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- ⅓ cup milk
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- ¾ cup mayo
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (3 tbsp)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place green chilis, jalapenos, and cilantro in your food processor or blender. Blend until fine.
- Add the blended mixture to a jar, then add the mayo, milk, buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
- Whisk until combined.
- Store in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
- Serve with tacos or tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapenos.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
