Description

A delicious creamy dip made with clams, cream cheese, and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 6 oz. minced clams
  • 2 tbsp clam juice (reserved clam juice from fresh or canned clams)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese with clam juice until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. If you are using hot sauce, add it now.
  3. Stir in chopped clams and green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir to combine fully.
  4. Serve the dip with potato chips or toasted baguette slices, or refrigerate for up to 4 days before serving.
