Description
A creamy and flavorful Greek yogurt dill sauce that’s perfect for dipping or as a dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain flavored
- ¼ cup fresh dill, loosely packed
- 1 large lemon, juice of (about 2–3 Tbsp)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, grated)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Chop the fresh dill and grate or finely mince the garlic if using a fresh clove of garlic.
- Add the ingredients to a bowl.
- Give everything a good stir.
- Taste and add a little bit more salt or lemon juice if needed.
- Hint: if you prefer a more smooth consistency, you can blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor instead!

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This sauce pairs well with grilled meats or as a salad dressing.
