Description

A creamy and flavorful Greek yogurt dill sauce that’s perfect for dipping or as a dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain flavored
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, loosely packed
  • 1 large lemon, juice of (about 23 Tbsp)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, grated)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the fresh dill and grate or finely mince the garlic if using a fresh clove of garlic.
  2. Add the ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Give everything a good stir.
  4. Taste and add a little bit more salt or lemon juice if needed.
  5. Hint: if you prefer a more smooth consistency, you can blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor instead!
