- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice (From the pickle jar.)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the minced garlic, dried dill, and lemon juice to form the creamy base.
- Fold in the finely chopped dill pickles and pickle juice.
- Add black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a spicier dressing, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
