This creamy dressing combines the flavors of mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, and pickles, perfect for salads or sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream (Use Halal-friendly sour cream.)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice (From the pickle jar.)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, dried dill, and lemon juice to form the creamy base.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped dill pickles and pickle juice.
  4. Add black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
