Description

A delicious and creamy dressing made with Greek yogurt and pickle relish, perfect for salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp pickle relish (I use dill but sweet works too)
  • 1 Tbsp pickle juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • pinch kosher salt (optional)
  • pinch black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, ketchup, relish, pickle juice, and seasonings to a small bowl.
  2. Stir to combine and give it a taste. Add salt as needed.

Notes

  • This dressing can be adjusted to taste by adding more or less pickle relish or seasoning.
  • For a sweeter dressing, consider using sweet pickle relish instead of dill.
