- ½ cup ice
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tbsp cold water (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the espresso: Use an espresso machine, manual espresso maker, French press, or Moka Pot to brew your espresso.
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice.
- Adjust if needed: Taste the drink, and if you’d like it lighter, add a splash of cold water. However, the ice usually dilutes the espresso enough, so this step is optional. Enjoy!

- This drink can be adjusted to preference with the addition of cold water.
