Description

A delicious and easy rotisserie chicken rice bowl topped with scallion and sesame seeds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups hot cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 chicken juices from the rotisserie bag
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon golden shallot oil
  • 1½ Tablespoons four season scallion sauce
  • to taste sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Shred the hot rotisserie chicken into a bowl. Add the juices from the bag as well as the green onions, and rice.
  2. Toss together and add scallion sauce and shallot oil.
  3. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of scallion sauce to your taste for more flavor.
  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quick meal.
