Description
A delicious and easy rotisserie chicken rice bowl topped with scallion and sesame seeds.
Ingredients

- 2 cups hot cooked jasmine rice
- 1½–2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 chicken juices from the rotisserie bag
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon golden shallot oil
- 1½ Tablespoons four season scallion sauce
- to taste sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Shred the hot rotisserie chicken into a bowl. Add the juices from the bag as well as the green onions, and rice.
- Toss together and add scallion sauce and shallot oil.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of scallion sauce to your taste for more flavor.
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quick meal.
