Description

Deliciously cooked steak topped with garlic butter, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye or Sirloin Steak
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Rosemary or Thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat steak dry with paper towels and rub both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and optional herbs.
  4. Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Top with garlic butter and enjoy!
