Ingredients

- 1 lb Ribeye or Sirloin Steak
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp finely chopped Rosemary or Thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat steak dry with paper towels and rub both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and optional herbs.
- Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Top with garlic butter and enjoy!
