Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk (240ml, unsweetened or unsweetened vanilla)
- 1/2 cup dairy free ice cream (75g)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (30ml)
- 1/4 cup ice (50g, optional)
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add the almond milk, dairy-free ice cream, and maple syrup and blend until combined.
- If you want a thicker smoothie, add the ice and blend once more.
- Pour the milkshake into two glasses and add optional whipped dairy-free cream, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a dairy-free ice cream, use your favorite non-dairy brand.
