Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (Optional, for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves (Chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Roll out the dough into a flat rectangle on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Top with mixed berries and drizzle with honey if desired.
  9. Garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
