- 1 cup Mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (Optional, for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon Mint leaves (Chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough into a flat rectangle on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Top with mixed berries and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the water quantity depending on the consistency of the dough.
