Description

This delicious crockpot blueberry oatmeal is easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and rinse the blueberries under cold water.
  2. In the crockpot, combine rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and blueberries. Stir well to mix.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until creamy.
