- 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
- 2 cups milk (dairy or dairy-free)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and rinse the blueberries under cold water.
- In the crockpot, combine rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and blueberries. Stir well to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until creamy.
- Check the consistency; add a splash of milk if needed.
- Serve warm in bowls and top with additional blueberries or nuts if desired.
