Description

Delicious crispy wafers dipped in milk and white chocolate, topped with fresh strawberries for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 10 crispy wafers
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry strawberries thoroughly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate chips with coconut oil at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip each wafer halfway into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off before placing it on parchment paper.
  4. While the chocolate is still soft, press one strawberry onto each dipped wafer.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips similarly and drizzle over the wafers for decoration.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
