- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare zucchini by spiralizing into noodle shapes and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and toss to coat everything in the sauce and heat through for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan or herbs if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with a lower-fat alternative.
