Description

A deliciously creamy dish featuring tender chicken breasts sautéed with spiralized zucchini, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare zucchini by spiralizing into noodle shapes and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and toss to coat everything in the sauce and heat through for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan or herbs if desired.
