- 3/4 cup Warm Water (110°F)
- 1 tablespoon Butter (Melted)
- 1/4 cup Baking Soda
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles (Pastel colors preferred)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a rope. Shape the ropes into bunny forms.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add baking soda. Carefully dip each pretzel into the solution for 30 seconds.
- Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the pretzels for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool slightly.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the pretzels. Add sprinkles for decoration.
