A quick and easy pasta dish with garlic and soy sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and sugar, mixing well. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include crushed red pepper flakes.
