Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into florets, rinse, and drain.
- Steam or boil in salted water until tender (8-10 minutes).

- Drain the cooked cauliflower and combine in a bowl with browned butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash until smooth; adjust seasoning to taste.
