Delicious chocolate-covered peanut butter balls made with cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 113g cream cheese, softened
- 120g peanut butter
- 120g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 170g chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- Optional crushed peanuts, sprinkles, or crushed cookies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until thick and creamy.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Scoop and roll into small balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze balls for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter until smooth.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on tray.
- Add optional toppings while the chocolate is wet.
- Chill to set completely before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
- These treats can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
