Description

Ingredients

  • 45 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic, chopping the parsley, and squeezing the lemon juice.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt olive oil with half of the butter until bubbling.
  3. Add minced garlic, stirring constantly for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the shrimp, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Reduce heat to low, stir in remaining butter and lemon juice; toss to combine.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately over pasta or rice.
